The right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised if:

more than 14 days have passed since the policy was taken out;
the policy has a duration of less than one month;
a claim or reimbursement request linked to the policy has already been opened.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

This confirmation does not mean that the withdrawal has been accepted: your request will be reviewed and you will receive a further communication with the outcome.
