COMPLAINTS

Any complaints, or, statements of dissatisfaction with Assigeco Srl relating to a contract or an insurance service, must be forwarded in writing to the following address:

The Quality Management System Manager will provide feedback within a maximum of forty-five days.

In order to correctly identify the position and to follow up a prompt treatment of the case in order to provide a clear and complete answer, it is necessary to indicate:

- Name, surname and address of the complainant, including telephone number;
- The subject or subjects complained of;
- The number of the policy;
- The summary and exhaustive account of the facts and reasons of the complaint accompanied possibly by any document useful to better describe the events.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint or in case of lack of response within the maximum period of forty-five days, you can contact the Supervisory Authority, attaching a copy of the complaint already forwarded to our Company and the corresponding response.
