For each claim report or refund request, you need to:
1_Immediately contact the ERGO Travel Insurance Claims Office at +39 02 0062 0261 (select Option 3 when prompted)
2_At the time of the claim report, you will need to provide:
- your personal information and contact details,
- the Insurance Certificate number, issuance date, and type of coverage/tariff option,
- the type of refund request, along with the necessary documentation for claim verification, assessment, and settlement
3_Send the documentation indicated by the Claims Office according to the type of coverage involved by written request to ERGO Travel Insurance – Claims Office – Via Pola, 9 - 20124 Milan - by registered letter with return receipt within 20 days of the event or within 7 days of returning to Italy.
